But which ones Do spread the plague?

Did you do the little exercise I suggested to you? If you did, you would know.

I see your link and raise you another:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/history/voices/voices_salisbury.shtml

Bubonic plague is an infectious fever caused by the bacillus Yersinia pestis, transmitted by the rat flea.

http://www.dnms.no/index.php?kat_id=16&art_id=87

As a base for his following geographical considerations, part one of the book penetrates what bubonic plague really is like. Being primarily a disease of animals, a disease hurting rats and spread by rat fleas, secondarily infecting and killing humans, often at a horrifying pace, plague has specific traits which identify it epidemiologically from other common and dangerous infections. An example: Rat fleas do not like low temperatures, a fact which explains that plague epidemics as a rule do not occur in winter time.

Yes, and your point being?

My original post said that mice and rats carry many disease, and i have proven that in my last post and URL. Very simple. You want to go off on a side issue about rodents vs. mice and rats, and the plague. I said mice carry other diseases also. I say, Kill the little bastards. That's all. I don't know where you're going with this and why. Why are you focused on the plague? Why the focus on the genus of mice and rats? I don'i disagree with anything you have posted about the plague. Is this just for argument's sake? Grampy Bobby wouldn't put up with this, and he is my god! KILL ALL MICE ( i guess i should say just wild mice) FOR GRAMPY.
