The first piece of electoral reform anyone does should be to prevent any incumbent party from sacking their leader without there being an immediate a general election.
Brown is an unelected PM who has lost this election and the confidence of the British electorate, his grabbing attempts to hold onto an office that was not attained through a democratic process is a disgrace.

Not only is the map not indicative of number of voters or even consituencies because geographical size does not equal number of constituencies, but what everyone seems to be forgetting is that teh country as a whole voted more in favour of a central left government than right wing government.
The whole system is bent in favour of disproportional representation and that's in the Tory's interests because if it weren't that way, they'd be massively eclipsed in votes against a Lab-Lib join.
