If both solutions are forced wins, they're equal.

Why in the world is black moving his king back and forth? I'm sure you can fit an f6 and Qd7 in there. My point is that your variation isn't really forced. The IS a forced combonation there though.

I really liked the "white to move" problem. I didn't get it using the old gray matter, finally had to fire up the engine and cheat a little. (Maybe if I had spent more time on it, but my patience was at a low point at the time). The only slight negative on the problem is that White has two second moves of about equal effectiveness. But still a nice problem.

Yes, but the more beautiful one (I'm sure the one that I mean is obvious) is the one I had in mind. It really is too bad.

It has been quite awhile since anyone has mentioned the following link in this forum:

They state that the problems are suggested for players with OTB ratings in the range of 1300-1900 . Enjoy.
