Maybe we can play 22...Rd5!? and after 23.Nc4 Ra6 24.Nd6+ Kb8 our rook is not cut out from the "d"-file and exerts pressure on the h5 pawn. I would look at this some more time before I give any further input.
Position is defendable despite the knight on that square. we can undermine c5 later and just roll with the punches.
