Indeed... but are you saying that Skeeter was so stupid that she didn't think that her engine would have been doing some of these things ? That she had to "check all checks" because Rybka is incapable of doing it ? You can't have it both ways.
Quite often cheats are initially outed in chess site forums.
This is an example where the (formally) top rated RHP player shows an understanding of the game at a level far below their actual play on the site.
Originally posted by tim88No IP address required. You just need to find a trusted third party to hold the money and clearly define the criteria for win or loss. Please let us all know the outcome. If you like to gamble so much I will give you £1 at 10/1 that my post is not the last in the thread ( I can't afford as much as Kaoslos ). You will have to accept by PM to avoid instantly losing the bet.
im in 1k - you will need to provide your ip address, there is no other way of doing this - The site would also need to be involved? i don't think you cheat i just like a gamble and at 10 to 1 your on!

That's a pretty big call. the highest rated OTB player? Why don't you talk us through this recent game:
Game 8952206
I will even add the game so you know which one it is:
Maybe take the hint and dispense with the trash talk. It has no place in a chess forum.
You sound like you have been here before. Within less than 2 weeks of joining up you have called out the top ranked player (twice), are now requesting their IP address and offering to take up a bet. That is what I would call overly familiar for someone who has been here less than two weeks. What was your previous account?

Great to see you in the Chess Only forum! You mention Kaoslos's "rating and climb to fame" yet your improvement has been nothing short of sensational! Let me guess, something just clicked? It's interesting you mention annotation of games. I'm sure the chess community would relish your thoughts on some of your past battles. For example:

I look forward to hearing your chess acumen!

We're at cross-purposes.
A player who is #1 rated on a site like this who plays more engine-like chess than Bobby Fischer & Gary Kasparov doesn't need a post it note on their pc screen saying:

1. check for checks !
2. look at the position of both kings !
3. why am I making this move ?
4. turn the board around and do steps 1 thru 3 again.
5. DO NOT MOVE until steps 1 thru 4 have been satisfied...

I'm interested to see what others say about the "smoking gun" game you posted.. I'm not qualified. It doesn't matter whether Skeeter is outed as a 3(b) now... she's gone from the site. What does matter is that the old system for catching engine users imploded for whatever reason. I don't think either Skeeter or Time Bandit was banned for 3(b) although arguably both could have been. What does matter is that the game mods if they ever reconvene present evidence to site admin which is credible so it can't be ignored. You've stated before the statistics aren't the end of the process. So where did the recommendation to ban Skeeter break down ? At the "near FM human search for smoking gun engine play" stage or did site admin simply refuse so as to keep her subscription ? YES. THE NIECE THING WAS A JOKE.

Originally posted by ZygalskiOK... I said I wouldn't look but I did. Skeeter is a pawn down and caissad4 has 2 passed pawns. If a computer is scoring Skeeter ( black ) ahead here I'd be surprised. To my "novices eye" if anyone is refusing the draw it's white. If I were black I'd accept on the 'd' of the 'draw'.

I'd be interested on your thoughts about this game:
Is that not a smoking-gun engine vs human game where the engine refused to accept a draw?
Game 2919937
caissad4 claims that she offered skeeter a draw on several occasions but skeeter played on.
