Originally posted by greenpawn34I don't have BA and have to do analysis the old-fashioned way. 20 games is committing about 20 hours of time to a project; you have to run the analysis wait until each move has been analyzed for the time period allowed, save the notation and then manually count the matchups. I finished 8 games on Saturday, but haven't had time to do anymore until today. I am extremely reluctant to give partial results; I'm certainly hoping to finish by Friday though Saturday might be more realistic.
Hi No1.
How are the figures matching up? You I trust.
This thread has caused more arguments than Skeeter ever did.
A very fitting monument.
Originally posted by no1marauderThanks for taking the time. It would be very nice to compare the results side by side, game by game - but we can also do that ourselves once you are done, as Zygalski has published the numbers in this thread...

WFM Helen Milligan = Skeeter.
Sorry but I know Helen very well. P1. D1. round about 1983.
Far too nice to get involved with any of the goings on here.
Skeets PM'd me after the NZ quake letting me know she was fine.
A bit shaken up and got a fright but OK.
I'm thinking too much has been revealed now in a chess forum.
I'm interested simply out of curiosity now.
I'll miss her and I'm starting to think the people who say they disliked her
will miss her too. Skeeter threads were the best.

The trouble is guys, we can talk and debate about whether Skeeter was for real until we're blue in the face, but the fact is - she's gone, and we can't change it, and dragging this thread out further will only stroke her ego. There's nothing any of us can do. To many, if not most of us, it's becoming apparant that our heroine was merely an illusion, probably a 21 year old male in Texas with nothing better to do, but we'll never know.

I don't wish to nit-pick, but according to your link, xxxx was born in 1984 - meaning she was 9 in 1993. There was no RHP until 2001. No? I'm not saying that they're the same person, from what we know, Skeets claimed to have a different forename.
Originally posted by PhlabibitI might try that after this is finished, but I spent many hours trying to get BA to work with the Mod who gave me it assisting me and it was fruitless. I'm not keen to repeat that experience on my own.
