As I said, you're nitpicking. The import of the statements by those two is that almost all cheaters are rated above 2000. That is their opinion whether they have directly stated "almost all cheaters are rated above 2000" or not.

Wrong again korch my boy. It's obvious that neither !Tony nor DragonFire understood this, but more to the point, you obviously don't understand it either or you wouldn't be making a truckload of idiotic statements to that effect.

I think you should know difference between "most" and "all".

And I would agree that most (but not all!) of cheats would have high rating if they will not be banned. I think you have looked at banned players list before it was removed.

But main import of their statements was importance of cheating for 2000+ players. It`s no doubt`s that players with higher rating has more affected by cheats as higher rated players tend to play with higher rated players. But in my opinion even if only 2000+ players would cheat then anyway it would affect lower rated players - for example there are clan leagues, there are tournaments with different rated players.

It`s obvious that you have invented bicycle and that you have no arguments to base your claims 🙂

and there it is again, the misbegotten notion that only higher rated players suffer from or are likely to encounter engine use and/or cheaters on this site. Please explain this to me korch my boy and provide some realworld proof or data to back up this unbelievable and completely absurd distortion.

When you will learn to read kid? 🙂 I will quote myself from the post you have "quoted".

korch my boy the problem is on your end. These statements are contradictory, again it is sorely obvious that you lack even basic critical thinking skillz.

As usually your logic has failed 🙂

if A (higher rated players) is more affected than B (lower rated players) it does not mean that B is not affected at all.

I have never said only players above 2000 cheat. It is possible for cheats to be at all levels but as a natural consequence of cheating (and presumably the point of it) is a rating rise it is an obvious inference that most cheats will eventually congregate at the higher levels.

As I have said before if someone is consistently rated 1500 and cheating they must be doing it pretty badly. Whilst it is not impossible they are looking at the odd move it is clearly having little, if any, impact on the result and, whilst wrong, is not a major issue for the majority of players.

I think the important thing in attempting to rid this site of cheaters is to focus on players rated above 2000 but that is not the same as saying there are no cheats below 2000.

So eldragonfly please stop quoting me out of context with your idiotic assumptions.

This is exactly what is nothing but conjecture, this is the very point you casually toss into the discussion, always without any proof, without any verification, this idea of natural consequence of engine use must always lead to a high rating.
What is an idiotic assumption is your "foolproof" promotion of the hopelessly flawed idea that there aren't any below 2000 or is it 1500 that are using engines.
