In the lead up to the 2016 election, I was listening to a lot of conservative Christian podcasts.
What struck me the most about these was that they established this marvelous disconnect between what people said was happening (mindless endorsements from evangelicals for Trump) and what was really happening.
A brief rundown:

Quite interesting how this is so grossly misportrayed.

I'm not surprised that the priorities shown by you and American conservatives is more concerned about profit of multinational corporations and the inhumanity therein than simple concern for the welfare of what Jesus called "the least of these my brethren".

This is what you are promoting. This makes all your other moaning in this forum meaningless. And that goes for all the so-called Christians who support Trump.

Nor would it excuse Christians from staying silent about Trump's womanizing, adultery, defrauding people with scams like his "university" and the insane amount of lying (sources like Politico have Trump at over 16,000 lies just during his time in office).
If Christians just admitted that they support Trump because of abortion, but still had the integrity to admit that Mr. "Two Corinthians" has never been a Christians or read a single page of the Bible in his life, I could at least respect that. Instead, Christians lie to themselves and to the world that Trump is "godly".
