[1] Is Eladar among the "many of the Christian posters here" you mentioned? [2] If so, what are the "some things" that can be learned from him?
That is wonderful if you do.
Do you now ??

Although Jesus didn't live up to your standard. He did put her down.

Quite the contrary.
Do you read anything else in the New Testament besides the red letters of the synoptic gospels (Matthew, Mark and Luke) ?

This is just a dodge. The questions remain unanswered.

But these threads have a life of their own, you can't really be the "god" of how this forum runs.
Tell me why I should want to answer your question if you harbor no such intention to be a follower of any lover of Jesus Christ here ?
Why then should your question be an interesting one for me to answer ?
Why would i want to spend the time to answer ?
Is the motive that I should want to help you prove a point that no Christian should be followed?

Which one would you recommend as a positive encouragement along these lines?
Seems to me that you've been more of the bitch-master.
Originally posted by @sonshipAh yes we're here again, sonship. It's like an off-the-shelf dodge-question you inevitably arrive at. Last time I produced a list of 16-20 (at that time) recent threads that set up discussions and debates on various aspects of spirituality, especially spirituality in action, you dismissed them all as having been of no interest to you and that you hadn't read any of them for that reason. You can't have it both ways.

I am interested in this thread; I am interested in the massive gap between your self-anointed preacher role and your complete inability to demonstrate any application or any relevance to reality
Originally posted by @sonshipNot at all. People should be Christians if that suits them and they should follow whoever they want. The question is about whether you - the self-appointed preacher on this very topic - think Eladar is a good Christian to follow. A simple "Yes, he is" from you would settle the matter.
Is the motive that I should want to help you prove a point that no Christian should be followed?
Originally posted by @fmfI did not go over the "child of Satan" thing in detail.
Eladar has claimed that just about every Christian here is a "child of Satan". Is he a good Christian to follow?
Referred to it as you do here is so isolated that I wouldn't comment.
And I don't think I will go explore what the context was.
Other than to say we are complicated beings since the fall of man.
And the Christian is even more so.
When Jesus used the rebuke like this it was because of the behavior that was being followed by the Pharisees and priests and scribes in their opposition to Him. I never got from that passage that any other fallen son of Adam was not in some way an offspring of Satan.
We were all "Satanified" in the fall.
Generally speaking I don't like Elader's throwing around insults.
I don't care for yours either.
He's suppose to know better, according to what he purports.
Then again, then again, I think some of you guys are good at provoking angry responses and then for years afterwards wanting apologies.
"Bad Christian! You should just have turned the other cheek! Bad, bad Christian."
I think you're into that kind of attitude.
" I stomp on your feet and you smile and turn the other cheek. And if you don't then for months afterwards I'll refer to your insulting ME, and demand you say you're sorry like a good Christian would have."
This is "I knock you down. But you don't bounce up. You're suppose to just lie down there flat. That's the way it goes."
Otherwise - "What kind of Christian is this ?"
