Back the the very Original OP
Anyone born in 1914 is 98 years old now.
Anyone who fought in WWI is probably not with us anymore.

I would say the generation of 1914 has passed by
Manny
who Christ was referring to, you did know that, right?
-Removed-First of all, its not a prophecy, its an attempt to understand Christs prophecy, which we
did not author and secondly, you are citing quotations from articles which have been
revised as our understanding has progressed, pity that you didn't take the time to
actually ascertain what out understanding is before you posted it, but then again, you
would need to read the articles in the watchtower magazine rather than take pot shots
at them from a distance. Tell, me, what is our present understanding of who or what
'the generation', of Matthew 24 is?

yes but our understanding is not that people who were born in 1914 are the generation

Anyway we can dismiss this prophecy as it has come to pass and even of the Watchtower Organization own words

of prophecy and a greater fulfilment.
