I don't know why you'd think inorganic or organic would matter in this case, since
God created everything and knows how to deal with each. If He chooses to use
a fire to burn them they will be burned.

assert that death and Hades can be burned. Nor is it a question of having special
knowledge, its simply common sense. If you want to assert that death and hades can
be subject to literal burning then be my guest, ill simply chalk it up as another
crazeeeee teaching and btw its not about me, just saying, so please refrain from trying
to make it so with personal references to , how could you know, etc etc either offer an
explanation of how a figurative element like death or hades could be literally burnt or
keep me out of it.
Originally posted by RJHindsNo that is not what i meant, clearly its a nonsense to speak of death and hades as literally being burned, therefore, it is clearl that their use and thus the use of the lake of fire is also figurative, its not a mistake, its simply common sense which you crazeees seem to be lacking.

Yes, don't be silly. Eternal punishment means tormented day and night forever and ever. Eternal life means praise and joy day and night forever and ever.
HalleluYah !!! Praise the Lord! Holy! Holy! Holy!

how are death and hades tormented for ever and ever, do tell. If they are not tormented, then why are they thrown into the lake of fire?
"Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away...and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away...He who overcomes will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son. But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”
(Revelation 21:1,4,7-8 NASB)
So we see death is not annihilated, but moved to the place of the second death.

let me answer it, simply because the lake of fire is symbolic of eternal destruction, there will be no more death.
Originally posted by robbie carrobieYou did not pay attention to my last post. The lake of fire is the second death. So you might say that the first death and hades will be swallowed up by the second death, but there is still a place (the second death or lake of fire) were there is eternal torment of weeping and gnashing of teeth, as Jesus called it, that will last forever and ever.
sorry you have FAILED to answer the question, why are death and Hades put into the lake of fire?
let me answer it, simply because the lake of fire is symbolic of eternal destruction, there will be no more death.
P.S. To the believers in the new heaven and earth, death and hades are as good as destroyed, because such a place or idea will not exist and will not be remembered.

feelings and emotions go....what does it matter....I've throw away a lot of things
and burn them up that doesn't have a use any more, and part of the old world
where sin had it's sway, all of the causes of sin, sinners, and the results of it will
be dealt with and be no more, it doesn't require feelings or a need to torment it
to be cast away into the that lake.

says what their end is, it does not matter that they "FEEL" anything if they do,
they do, what matters is that the old is being done away with and all of the results
of sin from the causes, and effects. Process, places, powers, principalities,
dominions, demons, the old is going to be cast away. Evil is nothing more than
a speed bump in eternity, a dreadful one, but in the end God's desires and
purposes will be done. Tne need for somethings will simply be no more and they
will be cast away.
