@kellyjay saidYou're thinking of the eternal son threads.
ROFL, yep...for some reason, I thought there were two
sonship started a basically identical thread - after divegeester had already started one - because sonship appears not to like to post on other people's threads in case he has to engage any topics other than his own robotic, joyless recitations of his denomination's theory and doctrine.

@sonship saidWell, thank you for the food for thought, sonship. Getting that off your chest, however, does not alter the sidestepped fact that you appear not to like to post on other people's threads in case you have to engage in conversations.
Like his face is his concept of God.
Twisted, distorted, grotesgue, caricatured and joyless.

@sonship saidThat's not what this is. And you know it. So you are being deceitful.
Oh no, "Argue with me forever or you're not a legitimate Forum poster."
[1] You assert that my moral compass is "directionless". And then blank out responses to you saying this. Meanwhile...
[2] You cower away from threads where morality is discussed and where moral compasses are discussed, in detail, in earnest, and thoughtfully. So...
It's not a question of whether or not you are a "legitimate" poster.
The question is, why are you so often a pusillanimous, low-integrity poster?
@fmf saidNaw it was a pure brain-fart on my part! Simply didn’t look at the only other page in the thread. š

@kellyjay saidWhy does it matter that the stuff in Revelation isn’t real?
Even more important, why does that matter?
These are not smart questions you’re asking.
If Jesus won’t REALLY be overseeing the burning alive of billions of the people he died for, then you can start preaching a gospel of life and victory, instead of death and failure.
That’s why.
@divegeester saidWhat in the scriptures tells you what you are suggesting is true over what it says in the scripture because Revelation is scripture. In addition to that other scripture also doesn’t agree with your assessment? You can either with scripture make your case or all your doing is saying you don’t like the sound of that therefore it is not real.

@kellyjay saidBecause strange flying creatures made of lions and locusts (or whatever it is) and beasts with lots of heads and horns being ridden by blood-soaked whores are never going to exist KellyJay.

You think these things exist, but gravity, as explained by science, doesn’t.
Do you ever stop and think about how that might be perceived by non Christians making an assessment of you and the validity of your brand of Christianity?
