The truths are as many as there are people on our Earth. There is only one Truth.
My truth is true to me, your truth is true for you. The Truth however is true for everyone, but known for noone.

This all is according to my own definitions.
LOL, well if you get to make up your own definitions who can debate that?

What is truth? If you are speaking about opinions, that is not truth that is
opinion. Look at the world around and try to figure out where everyone's
heads are at, if you watch American news almost every event is covered
by how Dem react, or how the Rep react. Gone are the days that people
cover news on just subject matter with the how Rep and Dem react as a
side issue. Truth is out there, we do tend to color it with opinions and
assumptions which as I said does not change truth, it only makes it fit our
current world view.

I have a vague memory of a name that looked like his. I don't know if it is
the same person or not. I hope not, so I'm willing to see how this plays out.

If I ask you if god is a fact, would you say it is a truth? Or that is it mere an opinion?

People takes their opinions as truths, bloody real truths. I've heard people saying that they have the Ultimate Universal Truth. They haven’t. Of the only reason that they believe that and have an urge to tell anyone they have it.

My theory of different truths is my opinion. You can have yours. If your theory of truth is better than mine, then I convert my opinion to yours. I am always eager to find new pieces and new places for them in my personal puzzle of knowledge.

Fabian,
There is truth. And people can have the truth. To say someone has only opinion does not mean that someone does not have the truth.

Truth exists. And some may have the truth. In that case, it doesn't matter whether or not they can prove it. And it doesn't matter whether or not they cognitively know it. It is there, regardless.

You might want to take the opinion that if you don't know "the truth," you cannot say that someone else's "opinion" is not truth. If you don't know, thny how can you say others beliefs are not truth?

Somewhere along the line of life, I am allowed to have faith. That is all I have been given. We are given the ability to have faith. If that is all we are given, then that is the only way we can believe in God.

However, we are given all of creation which we can see with our eyes, hear with our ears, touch with our fingers, taste with our tongues, and smell with our noses. Some people can't see. Some people can't hear. We are fortunate if can see and hear.

Accept the light you are given. Pray that you are given more light. Put faith in God, whoever God is. Use faith before you die. Take another step toward finding the truth while you living on this earth. Seek God out. Don't wait on knowing before you act in faith.

On a side note. . .
It seems that the United States Government or State Government(I am not sure what state) wants people to do what it expects of them.

If I have it all straight. . .some government, in general, wants a Jew to prepare shrimp for people at a wedding or a photographer to take pictures of people at a same-sex so-called "wedding" even though the Jew or photographer believes that God does not want them to do those things.

Thus, more people are expected to go against their beliefs which is another example of society requiring people to fulfill its expectations of them.

Furthermore, why would an anti-women trafficking group not be able to help women if that group doesn't believe in abortion? And why would an adopting organization not be allowed to operate since that organization does not believe in same-sex so-called couples' adoption? Hopefully, the Jew and photographer will not be fined for the beliefs. I don't know of any fines the others are given.

So, are these more examples of hypocrasy against the notion, "that we were not put into this world to live up to someone else's expectations?" Not only does psychology demand of us, but now government at different levels in the United States.

If this is your truth, it's fine for me. I don't mind if you agree or not. If we have different truths, it just falls into my definition. You're happy, I'm happy. 🙂

PS Check out the following link about 2 Bills, I guess, for the United States Government and the Arizona State Government. This is to provide context to my most recent post above.

Fabian,
If you want Univeral Truth, then it applies to both of you and me, and to the rest of humanity. Therefore, there is only 1 truth. The same applies to all of us regardless of our opinions. There isn't 1 truth for you, 1 truth for me, and many truths for everyone else. They can't all be true at the same time.

To suggest that everyone is happy with their so-called "truths" is not logical to live with. Universal truth will prevail and people will be wrong and pay for their being wrong, whatever "paying" means.

If you are searching for Universal Truth and then claim that people can have their own truths which do apply, then your search for Universal Truth in that context is vain and fruitless. If your universal truth means nothing, then why seek it? Why seek for what is empty? How can you be "happy" if your "truth" means nothing at all? Even the so-called happiness is vain.

Fabian,
There is a saying, "ignorance is bliss." Ignorance is bliss until there is a negative consequence. Then the bliss is gone. Truth, then, must be gained in order to avoid the worse consequence.

Secondly, in German, that person, whoever he or she is, could be called a "Nusse" right?

"If you want Universal Truth,..."
I cannot ever acquire the Universal Truth.

"They can't all be true at the same time."
If you ask them individually, then you would have certainly getting more yes than no.

I differ between Universal Truth and individual truth. Can we please discuss them separately. There is nothing such as universal truth, it's an oxymoron. Universal Truth, however exists, somewhere, I don't know, I will never reach it.

The rest of your questions I don't understand.

Whatever "ignorance is bliss." is, it's off-topic.
I don't anyone named "Nusse"

Fabian,
"Ignorance is bliss" basically means that

what you don't know leaves you with great satisfaction

so that is on topic.

As for "Nusse" in German, it may mean, "nut" or "knut" in Sweden. Therefore, that was something you have responded to earlier either in this post or another post.

Lastly, even individual truth does not supersede, or negate, or betray universal truth. If you think that you will never know universal truth, In fact, you can believe some universal truth already and just not cognitively know that you know it already, But that doesn't mean you have not learned it already. Nor does it mean that you have not found it. Furthermore, why seek universal truth that is not needed for your existence as a human or an eternal soul. You can prepare for both of your existences, even if you don't plan on your eternal existence coming true. Place faith in the One who can secure your eternal life. Then if you are wrong, you still had faith in Christ. And so you lose nothing if there is no more after human death. If you prepare though, and you are right, you have gained more joy than you can have now because of all that God will give you.
