There are sinners saved by Christ and sinners not saved by grace; however, all of them Jesus died for. Where the distinction comes in are those who make Jesus Lord and Savior and those that don't. He calls us all, and paid for our sins to make us righteous before God, but not everyone cares or feels the need.

That said again God gives us Jesus righteousness that dwarfs all others so we are acceptable to God. None of us can therefore look down upon any other our since our justification rests upon Jesus Christ, not our selves. Our righteousness before God is filthy rags, so why bring it up?
Best to just be obedient, thankful, loving, caring, full of grace because we are loved and forgiven when we didn't deserve it!
