But if one of Hitler's victims doesn't take Jesus as his/her savior, well, on top of being brutally murdered with all dignity stripped from them, they're in hell to boot?
Where's the love being displayed?

Why is your view more vaild than the Jewish view that Jesus was not God?

Besides, the OT reference is to Yeshua, a person who you take as the historical Jesus on faith. That is fine. I would ask you as well, why is your view that Jesus is God more valid than the Jews' insistence that he is not God? Faith in and of itself does not make it so.
Originally posted by eagles54The words that were spoken of HIM in the Old Testament, make it true. The Jews were looking for someone,to free them from Roman government rule. There are well over I believe 300+ references to YASHUA in The Old Testament. They all point to and have been fullfiled by CHRIST. Have you had the opportunity to go through them, and see for yourself.

No, it does not make it true. I respect your faith that holds those words as true, but your faith does not necessarily make it so.
In the OT you have prophecies such as "He will be pierced for our transgressions." and "They will cast lots for His clothes." and "Not a bone on Him will be broken."
Jesus was pierced in the heart by the Roman soldier.
The soldiers cast lots for His clothes.
Instead of breaking His legs, the Roman soldier stabbed Him.
I will grant you that it is a leap of faith to believe that those men boldly preached and died for the Truth, but once you make it, Jesus takes over in your heart.

I don't think "side" is the same as "heart".

Also, it had to be the heart because water come out of the wound. What looked like water had formed a protective layer around Jesus' heart from the blood loss He suffered in the flogging.
