What you have quoted is a private statement between Christ and his disciples.

In any case, Christ blood is shed for the remission of sins ... Yes

That does not answer the question which I ask neither does it support the statement you made.

Your doctrine is that you ...[text shortened]... ontinue on sinning and Christ blood will save you. The Bible is clear that that is not the case.
My soul is in God's hands Rajk, you needn't worry about it.

A private statement? That's just plain ignorant! You remind me of a fella I know who makes all manner of strange proclamations about what God's Word means by what it says.

There's not a living soul that would agree with you that Jesus made a "private statement" when He said that. Nobody but a bunch of pot heads that is, and fools that deny Christ.

Your doctrine is that you continue on sinning and Christ blood will save you. The Bible is clear that that is not the case.
The last supper and the things taught at that time were not a private statement only to the 11 disciples that evening.

To suggest that is theological quackery of a staggering magnitude.
It hardly deserves the dignity of a hardy laugh.

You don't seriously think "the many" in Matt. 26:28 was meant by Jesus to mean 11 disciples in the room.

"For this is My blood of the covenant, which is being poured out for the many for forgiveness of sins."

Take it up with Isaiah.

Edit. I'm not supporting not being obedient nor decrying good works.

I did agree that Christ said that blood is shed for the remission of sins. The fact is that was said privately to his disciples. In all the multitude of teachings and preachings Christ made all over the NT there is no such recorded statement by Christ to the public.

What Christ and the Apostles said about a million times PUBLICLY is the consequences of sin. There comes a point when there is no more grace, no more Christ to fall back on, no more forgiveness, because it is an insult to Christ and an open shame. YOU PEOPLE IGNORE THAT!

Maybe you should have read the Bible before blindly accepting what your preacher told you.

Why are you banging on Rajk for this? In fact, in this thread, Rajk has said that Christ is above the angels, above even Michael.

Robbie wrote the original post. I think it's him you need to be asking.

I have already discussed this in previous threads with robbie and he kept getting amnesia until it got to the point he said he did not want to hear from me about it.

Rajk keeps going off topic. I am ony trying to keep him on topic. He can make another thread for whatever topic he wishes. However, this topic is about Jesus being Michael the archangel. Since robbie does not want to hear from me, I was trying to encourage Rajk to confront robbie on that topic only. Maybe robbie will listen to him.

I have given specific reasons, not single person with the exception of Rajk managed to even address those reasons. I wash my hands of you, your error is your own!

'When Pilate saw that he was getting nowhere, but that instead an uproar was starting, he took water and washed his hands in front of the crowd.' (Mat 27.24).

Did Pontius Pilate have a second identity?

I've read a couple of Kings books, The Stand was probably the most interesting. Have you read any?

All of them, more than once.

As an immortal creature the Ghost has plenty of time on his hands to read.

Have you managed to find where Jesus claims to be the archangel Michael. 25th time of asking.

The Long Walk is a fantastic short book (novella?) by him. Recommended.

Don't think he is the best writer ever, but he is certainly a good story teller.

Insomnia is worth a read.
