You and divegeester are the best at dodging. Clever little bedfellows you two are. If the mods had an award for forum dereliction you guys would get awarded in every thread.
You’re just triggered because of what I said about a few of you your right-wing gun loving loons trying to marginalise the cause of mass shootings by blaming it on mental health problems.
Perhaps if YOU personally don't think that way, then you should just say so… 🙂 ?

You said, "This may be currently true in the right wing gun loving American media who will use anything to marginalise the cause of mass shootings, but it isn’t over here in sensible land."
"Mass shootings", high crime rates, violence of all kinds, terrorism.
It's global. You inferred that it's worse here than there. Read the statistics. Or just keep pretending you know what you're talking about as you post your biased dogma that agrees with your personal, yet skewed, world view.
@josephw saidThis thread isn’t about terrorism in the US or anywhere else. Please start another thread on that topic if you wish to discuss it. I’m sorry if my comment highlighting that a few right wing gun loving Americans want to marginalise the mass shootings as being a risky of mental illness upset you.

Please try to stay on topic, thanks.
Don't you have anything else to do?
I've been busy all day doing stuff. I have a few minutes to spare, make a simple post, and there you are!
Good grief divegeester. I'm going for a walk now with my wife, one of my daughters, and two of my 16 grandkids. The 16th grandson was born last Thursday.
Just for your information. It's free. The information that is. If you want to know more you'll have to pay for it. 😉

The post that was quoted here has been removedThere are no "public violent executions" in Indonesia. Aceh is a problematic province on the northern tip of Sumatra. There are some similar problems ~ with unconstitutional public corporal punishment ~ in Tanggerang, adjacent to Jakarta.
The rate of violent crime [e.g. serious assault] in Indonesia is almost 60 times lower than in the U.S. The homicide rate in Indonesia is 12 times lower than in the U.S. and more than 96 times lower than the average rate in Central and Southern America. Just a wee bit of perspective.
Having said that, any amount of violent crime is intolerable regardless of how inevitable it is.
