No evidence of that in the way you conduct yourself in these forums. You must be lying.
Read Matthew 23 and get back to me. You do know what I mean by “Matthew,” don’t you? That’d be the Gospel of Matthew. It’s in the New Testament. The New Testament comes after the Old Testament. They’re in a book called “The Bible.”

Or you could simply Google “Matthew 23.” I know all these theological questions have had you Googling a lot lately. Try Googling “Daniel 9 KJV.”

With that in mind sir, how do you understand Matthew 24:34?

“Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place.” (By all means view it in context).
Another favorite from online atheists! What atheist website are you on? Maybe you could just direct believers there and cut out the middle man.

Again, why are you posting in a thread about Islam when you say you have no interest in talking about Islam?

Is it merely to troll and divert? Are discussions about religions other than Christianity troublesome for you?

Good grief. “Snake” or “serpent” is hardly a pointless differentiation, especially because of the curse God put on the serpent after it deceived Eve. Remember what the curse was? Or do you think the serpent was crawling on its belly when it was conversing with Eve?

Romans clearly struggles with this being a spirituality forum, rather than a Christianity forum. Do you share the same struggle, and if so, what drew you to a thread about Islam?
I don’t struggle with it. I’m just not interested in reading about false religions. Why, as an atheist, are you so interested in the Spirituality Forum when you, by definition, think all religions are false?

Do you find it peculiar that an atheist would invest so much time, money and effort in obtaining a degree in theology when said atheist was obtaining a degree in a subject he believed to be false? And before you claim your interest is in how religion influences or “controls” large populations of people, please state what percentage of your studies touched on that subject.

No. I write from an atheists perspective. (Because I'm an atheist). Why do you think this means I can't understand what a Christian says and believes?

Again, what drew you to a thread about Islam?
Then why did you say God was an “outside agent” in a Christian’s life if you’re able to understand things from a Christian perspective? Was that simply a blunder from lack of knowledge?

But doesn't Daniel (12) prophesize that the Day of Judgement would occur 3 and a half years after Antiochus' persecution of the Jews in the 2nd Century BC?
Did you read Daniel 9 yet? That would help you understand the time element in prophecies.

You or FMF already asked me this and, unlike the two, I actually answered a question posed to me.

“Troublesome?” No. Why would I be troubled by false religions?

I agree it will always be beyond your understanding why an atheist would set out in life to become qualified as an RE teacher. Perhaps that's something you should ridicule less and be more curious about in a genuine way.

Your call.

I'll have to look into that. I'll get back on that when I think I know what I'm talking about.

Thing is though, in the mean time, I'm fairly certain that no prophecies were fulfilled during the 400 years of silence between Malachi and Jesus' day.

That seems to be your fallback position when you’re caught blundering. I appreciate it more than the endless flipping and flopping as FMF tries to pull your knickers up.
