Apparently head to head does not matter when the big 10 beats the SEC in bowl games the past six years or when the Big 10 wins all three times it plays big east teams. Big 10 plays most of its out of conference games against Syracuse and Notre Dame (they have bad years -- except against the PAC 10. You talk about road games all the time but will never acknowledge that when USC plays in the Rose Bowl it is a road game. Similarly playing SEC/ ACC schools in Florida or Baton Rouge is a road game.
Michigan State and Iowa certainly do not count as the best team in the big 10 and if they are beating Big East teams it tell you about the garabage teams West Virginia plays week in week out.

I've already given the stats regarding the Big Ten's pathetic bowl record over the last 7 years, its pathetic overall record against the SEC , its pathetic record of only 2 national champions over the last 39 years, etc. etc. etc. If you want to believe that the Big Ten is better than the SEC, go ahead; say hello to the rest of the inmates in the asylum for everyone.
It is always nice when an obnoxious idiot intentionally misquotes you. I never said the Big 10 was better than the SEC. I said that even this year the Big 10 was better than the Big East which is reflected in the polls and in there 3-0 record in head to head competeition. I also showed you that the Big 10 is undefeated against Notre Dame while the Pac 10 has two losses. One of the teams that lost can still win the Pac 10 (UCLA); the other won at USC (most peoples favorite Pac-10 team). Ohio State beats Washington. I am told the game is a joke. Hawaii beats Boise State (who lost by two touch downs to Washington) I hear how Hawaii should play in a nation Championship game and The big 10 plays no out of conference games.
Oh I forgot the big ten sucks because Illinois lost to the number one team in the nation? That seems absurd. Similarly Michigan lost to Oregon a team that was as good as anyone in the nation before Dixon gets hurt and now the whole conference sucks? The whole line of reasoning is illogical.
Even this year, when you look at proposed bowl match ups. I see Big 10 teams playing teams ranked 5 places ahead of them in warm weather southern sites (For example Florida playing Illinois and unranked teams playing ranked teams). You just don't suck when you lose slightly more than half of your road games to teams that are ranked ahead of you. If Illinois is ranked #15 they should be about even with a team that is #14 or #16 on neutral site. It is unfair to say "beat the number 10 team in the national in their backyard or your conference stinks"

The Big Ten is an inferior conference for ALL the reasons given; ones that you keep ignoring. A few games here and there doesn't change the big picture. If I thought you had any honor and wouldn't welsh, I'd bet you $50 that the Big Ten will lose most of their bowl games this year. But you wouldn't have the guts to put your money where your big mouth is.
BTW, how many Big Ten teams beat Auburn this year (with Auburn at home)??

Ohio State lost one game last year. It beat the then #2 team in the nation (Texas). Ohio State then beat the #2 team in the nation Michigan who earlier that year also beat a then #2 team in the nation on the road. I am sorry if every single week the Big 10 doesn't beat a top 2 team on the road. I am pretty sure no team ever beat three #2 teams in one season. Instead of recognizing a great season you somewhat twist it into the Big 10 sucks and Ohio State's accomplishments this year should be ignored because of last year.

USC and Florida won easily and they would have done so wherever the game was played. Ohio State lost at home this year as did Michigan (to a Div 1-AA AND in a 39-7 blowout). Your claim that the Big Ten is better than the Big East this year is utter hogwash.
