...but English Tal still has an outside chance of forcing cludi into a final showdown.
Bearing in mind that English Tal and I was actually in the same group in first round of the tournament where he was very close to knocking me out, it would be a great and epic way to end the 2007 championship.

Oooh i don't know, Tal could yet win his last two! What would happen then? Another round or a tie??

another round of course! A throwdowwn between English Tal and Cludi would be quite exciting.

if he wins thus making it to a 1on1, who do you pick to win?

my pic is cludi

English Tal has a 20 point rating advantage which is meaningless.

In the 2007 Championship Cludi scored +1 -0 =1 against English Tal

Completed Games on RHP Cludi vrs English Tal
Cludi Won: 2
Draws: 1
English Tal won: 1

I give Cludi a 65% chance to win a hypothetical round 4.

I make it 50-50 if it goes another round. The games will be far and away the most important either player will have going. I could see a number of draws resulting, possibly even another round...

It appears one of the Tal's games will be a push. Therefore Cludi wins.

I do not see how it does not end in a draw..........

I would pick cludi. He is a very strong player and the leader of the best clan.
