That's not really the worst of it, the seals are just a distraction for our true evils.
Helps to take focus off of all the Indians we've slaughtered or forced into assimilation. No many how many treaty cards you hand out there will always be a band of inians huddled by a cozy fire on a dumping ground we like to call reserves coplaining about the injustice of it all.
