A simple way to describe it is this:
The Abrahamic religions believe in a God that created everything else. "Dualism" i.e. two things.
A Non-Dualist believes in one thing - there is no God separate from everything else.
Anything further would be more appropriate for Spirituality where I no longer tread.

My generation were punished and made fun of by teachers. We toughened up.
