@wildgrass saidStop adopting the deliberately misleading phrasing of the Right.
Misleading. Some of the blue states do require identification, and there's also a bunch of red states that don't have voter id.
ALL States require some form of voter ID; 15 or so States don't require a photo ID to vote.

@no1marauder saidOk will do. I agree it's misleading.

@no1marauder saidAhh the liberal go-to “you’re an idiot” once again.
Well methinks you're an idiot for saying so.
I'm not in favor of voter fraud, but I'm certainly not in favor of disenfrancising millions of eligible voters to correct a "problem" that hardly exists and can be adequately addressed by less radical means.
No one with a legitimate right to vote will be disenfranchised with tight voting security, what on earth are you on about.

@divegeester saidWhat part of the post where I showed that millions of US eligible voters don't have photo ID didn't you understand, Mr. Non-Idiot?

@no1marauder saidWhich part of my post where I said as long as voter registration and the voting process itself is airtight then that’s what matters, didn’t you understand?

Come back in a year and you will see 'inalienable rights' to now be just a suggestion.

@shavixmir saidActually if people created them yes, the God who made everything no.
Uhuh.
God is a mental construct, you dope.
It’s a crutch to fill in the gaps of your comprehension. Nothing more.

@no1marauder saidIt isn’t bogus and you telling me your opinion is only your opinion.
I already showed you this was bogus; why keep lying about it?
There's been about 149.5 million votes counted and there's probably another 4 million left, mostly in California. https://www.cookpolitical.com/vote-tracker/2024/electoral-college
Why do you continue to rely on easily disproven falsehoods?
@Mott-The-Hoople saidIt evolved, numb nuts.
where did you get the mechanism to mentally construct things?
Where did your god get the mechanism from to be omnipotent?
And if he’s so bloody omnipotent, why do kids die of cancer?
Can god build a rock so heavy he can’t lift it?
Need I go on?
@divegeester saidThere is no "airtight" social system ever devised by human beings.

There is simply zero evidence that voter fraud is a serious problem in this country and certainly any "solution" that will disenfranchise millions of eligible voters completely fails any cost/benefit analysis. There is good reason to believe that right wingers support photo ID requirements for voter suppression purposes and not because of any reasoned belief that it stops barely existent voter fraud.
