The land of Palestine was under British rule, and by the Partition Plan, approved by the UN in 1948, both parties were allocated their portion. End of story. I don't know, dont care either, where you got all that nonsense.
The Jews accepted the partition and started building a nation. The idiot Palestinians rejected the plan because they wanted all the land, and started the war.

You really need to read the text of the declaration and learn the history of Jewish influxes into Palestine following successive European pogroms culminating in the shoah. You will find that the Zionist movement was the result of the 19th century ones and the de facto state of Israel was the result of Hitler’s final solution.

The British Empire installed puppet governments in power in that region at the time. France too. The French always sided with the British Empire. They still do. France is clearly part of the Western Empire. France colonized Syria after WW1. Britain colonized Iraq. Israel is just another colony in the middle east. Empires colonize. That is what empires do.
