Then the British promise to help Jews move to Palestine is irrelevant.
Promises mean nothing.
Promises mean nothing.
Action is everything.
The world [the decent part], helped moved the Jews into Palestine.
Thats action.

Yeah dummy you might want to read up on it before you gob off about decent and non decent. It wouldn’t have cleared the UN if not for threats and bribes
Just to befuddle your tiny cerebellum even more I’ll point out that I fully support Israel’s right to exist, I just do not support thir right to murder 4 - 5,000 babies and children, of course as a god botherer you’ll be loving it
You have most of the characteristics of a loser mentality. For you everyones success is a result of: bribery, corruption, favouritism, greed. Anyway the issue is not about you... its the Palestinians who do not accept Israels right to exist. They have been using terrorist tactics and killing civilians for years, and now its payback. Dont cry now after decades of terrorising people. Oh, and babes and children die in war as well. Maybe Hamas should have considered the conseqences of their actions more carefully, but then I suspect their cerebellum is even tinier than mine.

The Balfour declaration did not specifically say a nation state, but Balfour himself said later that is what he intended, but why is one man's opinion from Britain supposed to carry so much weight? Was Balfour representing the whole nation of the UK? And why should a foreign country determine what happens in Palestine?

The British Empire installed puppet governments in ...[text shortened]... d Iraq. Israel is just another colony in the middle east. Empires colonize. That is what empires do.
Yes it did but I think France and Britain were imperial competitors much like the US and China today
Israel gained statehood after WWII when the U.S. was firmly in control of the Middle East so it’s stupid to keep harking on about a vague and self contradictory declaration by Victorian / Edwardian British diplomats.
The US is the cause of this problem and it’s the only answer, if it’s serious about Palestinian rights then they will have their rights

Where did you get the idea that the US can or should be serious about Palestinian rights. A group of people who use low terrorist tactics can never have rights in a decent civilized world. They have abdicated their responsibility for decades to live peacefully, and will now have to suffer the consequences. Not even their own Islamic supporters want them.

Because I don’t believe in god I think everyone should be serious about everyone’s rights because everyone is equal.
The Jews of Palestine perpetrated many terrorist atrocities against the Brits in order to achieve Jewish statehood, so in your world view and by your own logic that statehood is null and void

... everyone is equal ... this is the flaw in your statement. Maybe you live on some other planet.... on this this one, that is false, and more importantly useless.

" I think France and Britain were imperial competitors"

Since when? Napoleon? They stopped being competitors a long time ago. After WW1 the British let France colonize Syria while Britain colonized Iraq. Who helped Britain war with Egypt after they nationalized the Suez Canal? France. France is part of the Empire. They have been for well over 100 years.

BTW, Israel might want Gaza so badly for more than one or two reasons, to put in another canal.

Your opinion on that is just that an opinion like mine
Care to answer this other point with some actual substance other than your own bigoted viewpoint

You actually believe that everyone is equal? Well that explains a lot. The other point requires you to produce some kind of evidence otherwise I will assume you dont care to discuss it. Thats how I operate, I produce some kind of website that people can read if they want to discuss something.

Also statehood is not null and void because you think it should be. The world has moved on from wasting time about 1917 and 1948 etc etc. Israel is now a permanent fixture in world affairs and has earned the respect of world powers. Palestinians on the other hand has demonstrated such low guttural behaviour that even their Islamic buddies have distanced themselves and make excuses and vague nonsense statements about condemning Israel. Nobody wants them not even as refugees. They are a damaged people and much of the world is justifiably wary of taking them in.

How can you be so racist against Palestinians when they are cousins to you Jews?
You are both Semitic peoples. You are all descendants from Abraham.

I dont think you know how to carry on a discussion. Maybe you should learn that skill instead of becoming emotional and irrational.

I am not emotional at all. You always say that to evade a question and you are doing it again. Why do you hate your cousins? You are both descendants of Abraham.
