It would be ridiculous to apologize when someone didn't do anything wrong. Some people aren't phony enough to do RN-like "non apology apologies" like "I'm sorry if you were offended by a picture of Kunte Kinte in chains ..............................................."

There was no dialogue with Sushill about this. Sushill invited Eflame37 to be in BWA and I think they have had an amicable exchange. I have also offered to Eflame37 a chance to talk about BWA and be receptive to his/her thoughts. Yes, we truly are evil.
Why is it always an argument with you guys?
If you are all as pro-black as you claim to be, wouldn't the corrext reaction be to apologise for the offence, and bring Eflame37 into the fold, rather than cause a ferore about your pastey white right to shock?
The fact that you all chose this path speaks volumes about your true intentions in this forum. Take a step back, and you'll know i'm speaking sense.

There's a famous picture of her being finger printed. What's positive about that? Isn't that just another form of "chains"?
Let's see:
1. Cherry picking a picture of a slave in chains from a movie.
2. A picture of one of the most important acts of civil disobedience in US history.
DO YOU HONESTLY NOT SEE HOW THESE ARE DIFFERENT?

Maybe someone should Send Feedback explaining the impact of Roots in the 1970's. We need someone "respectable"; what's Nemesio up to these days?

Flinging the word "racist" around should never be done lightly, this is a blitheringly pathetic farce by a bunch of posturing, ill-informed leftards.

What was Rosa's civil disobedience about? Her struggle, and all blacks' struggle, for freedom and dignity.
Same thing.

Assuming the person who alerted it is black (ya never know on the net), she admits she didn't have the slightest clue what it represented. I sincerely doubt any black person who realized that avatar was Kunte Kinte from Roots would regard it as "racist".

Sushill had an avatar that caused offence to someone. The fact that it was from a fictional program is neither here nor there, and harping on about it like it does is pissing against the wind. What is wrong, is constantly arguing against eflame's right to be offended. If she was offended, then someone else might be equally offended, then what? Another two or three days of forum guff till the true intent of the avatar is agrued about again? I'm not part of the assault on your clan, so calm your jets. I don't, however, think eflame should be badgered over what she should or should not be allowed to find offensive.
