Very important:
When you have your game turn open and are looking at it, along the top there are several headings: Game, Headquarters, Map, Messages, HQ Plans, Turn Number, ?, and Main Plans.
If you click on 'Main Plans' it will show you a synopsis of all the orders you have issued that turn. At the very bottom it should say: Possible problems - none. If you see no problems there, then you have done everything correctly and all your orders will be carried out. If there are problems listed, then you did something incorrectly and part (or all) of your orders are invalid and will not be carried out. Then you'll have to figure out what the offending orders were and correct them.

The Diploware (download size: 7 MB) is for PCs with any version of Windows (Win XP, Win98, Win95, NT or Win2000)
If you need any more info than that, you'll have to deal with them direct:

Is anyone else having any difficulties, or is not exactly sure what they're supposed to be doing? I'm referring only to the people who are already in the game at this point.

I know you said your PC was older, but I am sure it is not so old it cannot handle the graphics of the game - I am a computer geek by profession and would be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue.
Originally posted by SuzianneWe have just started the first turn. About a month later than I thought we would. The problem is that by the time they finally put us into a game, about 10 of the 23 people who said they'd play have now bailed out. Needless to say, this has created a lot of extra work for me. That, coupled with the inexplicable difficulty in dealing with the administrators at agegames.com, has made me abundantly sorry I ever brought this whole thing up in the first place.
Ok, so this is what was confusing me... we replacements are just that, replacements for people who were already in the game? How many turns are we missing?
But it may turn out well in the end. Keep your fingers crossed and think good thoughts.

I'm not sure whether it's better to put infantry up front, cavalry second and archers third - or whether to put archers second. I suspect the latter.
Question: what is the Reserve rank? Is it simply a 5th rank, or is there some rule that says units in Reserve won't fight until the first rank is dead or something like that?
