10.Be3 is the only way to keep going for white.
Databases can be misleading if you don't know more about the games listed: strong/weak players, long/short games, standard/blindfold/correspondence ..., especially with unorthodox openings. Most of us seem to be convinced that white should be winning now (so do I). But to keep an open mind, here is a CORRE Qxd4 Bd7 23. Rf7+ Kg8 24. Rf6 c6 25. h6 b5 26. Ref1 Qe7 27. Ne4 d5 28. Ng3 Nxg4
0-1
Here is a link to another game that black wins from this position:

Chessbase has a number of wins for black and a lot more for white.
My vote goes to 10. ... Qf6. However, it is not all that clear and still very complicated:
10. ... Qxb2 looks bad, but because black keeps square f6 available for the knight it is not that simple for white. Here is another correspondence game:
[Site "corr IECC TH-Trio"]
[Date "1996.??.??"]

and now white played 17. Bxf6? Bxf6 18. Nd5 Bd4+ 19. Kh1 d6 20. c3 Be5 21. Qh4+ Kd7 22. Qg4+ Kd8 23. Qg5+ Kd7 24. Qf5+ Ke8 25. Qh5+ Kd8 26. Qf7 Be6 27. Qxc7+ Ke8 28. Rxe5 dxe5 29. Qxb7 Rc8 30. but 17.Qf4 would have given white a decisive advantage (and perhaps 17.Rxe7 as well).
10. ... Qg7 looks like an interesting try too. Again, not occupying the f6-square, but covering it.
1. e4 e5 2. f4 exf4 3. Nf3 g5 4. Bc4 g4 5. O-O gxf3
6. Qxf3 Qf6 7. e5 Qxe5 8. Bxf7+ Kxf7 9. d4 Qxd4+ 10. Be3 Qf6.
I might just have more time to look at the next few moves here over the weekend when we come to a critical phase but for now it must be Qf6 and it is going to get extremely tricky for black.
Originally posted by Red NightQg7 is interesting indeed. But why not 11.Qxf4+ (after Qg7) instead of Bxg4? White has a bit more control over the moves to follow than after Bxg4.
I am going to change my vote to Qg7.
I did some research and Black has had some remarkable success with the following line recently:
10...Qg7
Bxf4 Nf6
Be5 Bc5+
Kh1 Be7
Nc3 d6
Bxf6 Bxf6
Nd5 Ke8
Nxc7+ Kd8
Nxa8 Be5
It appears that white may be better off playing 11. Nc3 as opposed to 11. Bxf4.

Qxf4 actually appears more in my database more than Nc3.
I think that you may be right that Qxf5 is the best move.
I also have one game where Qh5+ gets played.
