i originally liked the trading of the knights, but after reading mephisto's choice of playing Qc3 it also looks attractive...
it seems to me black would be forced to take knight f3 to be taken by g2. after this blacks knight E6 is then fo ...[text shortened]... ing Qc3 now? even if this is a problem i think white may be able to get two pieces for 1 rook.

i'm going a bit over the top here with my lines, but i don't care 🙂
Qc3 .. Ng*f3
D5*E6 .. (Ng*e1)
(E6*F7(C)) .. (king move)
(K*e1)

And now Be6 and Black is up the exchange.
Bf6 may also be very good for black

this is the one i was meaning?
I wasd sort of thinking out loud. You are correct Bg4+ isn't a good move at that moment, depending where the Q moves.
I think waht I'm looking at there is that the King is trapped, if we can get a check.
If we get the Knight exchange followed by Qc3. The move for Black is c5.
If white plays Qc3 next, I want to look at c5 again as a possible alternative for Nxf3.
this is harder than a regular game because I can't put it on the analysis board and move the pieces around. I also can't look at the board while I'm typing my post, so I'm playing in my head from memory.

i bet you think there must be something special about the game for it to be selected, and hence black pulls some amazing trick out of the bag to get up and win.
white, white, white!
I'm interested to get to the end and see who the players are. In some ways that is more intriguing than the game.
How about you?
