I have no idea why you constantly posts in threads regarding engine use when you have consistently shown your complete ignorance on the subject. EDF's statement as regards this "player" was correct and your "correction" is in error.

Wrong. That is part of the flawed game moderation process, the few cheats that they were able to detect and remove was for engine usage. This has been explained here countless times by many others.

That's not 100% true; a few were banned for playing against fake accounts to boost their ratings. These are the extremely stupid.

i stand corrected. i meant under the section 3(b) provision, i should have stated that explicitly.

EDF has proved (above) that he does not understand that there is more to 3(b) than just engine abuse. Some players were also banned for allowing admitting that they had outside assistance (in the form of fathers etc) during games.

No, Hindstein it isn't; EDF's post specifically referred to Ih8sens who was banned as an engine user. Maybe you should have read his and your own post more carefully.

And you damn fool, NO ONE believed Blobby's ridiculous story that he got help from his Dad and that's why he was banned! The Game Mods looked at his games and VOILA! discovered he was using an engine i.e. ChessMaster. The little idiot even admitted it at Forum Wars, a website frequented by more than a few players here including at least one Game Mod! That's why he was banned.

Again, it would be wiser for you to refrain from posting in these threads; your lack of knowledge regarding these matters is shocking.

There are others who have been banned for 3(b) due to admitting help from friends and family. Without the Banned list I have neither the time not the inclination to find them.

I agree ih8sens was banned for engine use. I am not 100% certain about blobby as he admitted getting help in the forums and that was sufficient for a banning, engine or no engine.

Many of the 3(b) players have been banned for getting assistance other than engine assistance, maybe even most but without the list it is no longer possible to check.
