I considered it as violation of 3(b) and I reported about that player but he is still not banned. 🙁

No 1 doesn't know what he is talking about. He thinks this site is infested with engine users rated 1300 and I happen to disagree with him.

I actually thought at one time that our objectives were the same but every suggestion I make on targeted focusing of resources to rid this site of cheaters you knock back to the extent that I think you must prefer the status quo to remain.
I have made practical suggestions on possible solutions but are now p^%&@£ off that they are disregarded as totally meaningless because all my logical inferences are alledgedly wrong.
Life I am afraid is too short for these hassles.

Dave Tebb said this regarding Blobby and AnaF: meant that they were similar because they were both naive kids who knew little about chess and used a weak engine like Chessmaster to help them play at a higher level than they should have been capable of. But you're right in that Blobby knew very well that he was cheating and was quite blatant about it.
Would you care to make an ass out of yourself some more regarding this incident?
