I get that bit, it's this part i'm taking issue with -

Seems a little totalitarian to me.
insisting upon personal preferences, why? for it grows seeds of discord, i think this, i think
that. As for harbouring personal opinions, well who can stop you? In reality? For
example in Gods New world i think we shall all be vegetarians, this is a private opinion,
yet i would be careful about asserting it in a public discourse for it is purely speculative
and may give others the wrong impression.
