It's fine if you don't want to answer; I just keep asking as you keep posting irrelevancies. All is good.

Do you agree with RJHinds that I deserve to burn in hell for not accepting the doctrine of eternal suffering?

The point of the process is punishment. Eternal punishment in the writhing agony of hell fire.
Rjhinds so wedded to this doctrine that he would prefer to see me burn in eternity than admit that the doctrine is pointless, vile, and brings the gospel into disrepute.
I find it extrordinary that a fellow Christian feels I should burn in hell for rejecting this doctrine.

All believers in the person and work of Jesus Christ will reside in heaven with Him for eternity. Those who have grown in grace by learning the absolute truths revealed in the Word of God will be given rewards for glorifying Him in time. Period.

dive, this persecution rant isn't even tangentially in line with the Word of God: Christians will reside in heaven for eternity.
Originally posted by Grampy BobbyPerhaps you should start yet another one of your threads where you attack the personalities of the people that disagree with you and whom you dislike?
You'd be wise to drop your penchant for intruding personalities for the purpose of attack. Focus objectively on God's Word.

Originally posted by galveston75It's odd that you should say this. It is you ~ with your sick parents and recovering wife ~ that popped up suddenly and heaped the most extraordinarily visceral personal abuse on a fellow Christian. It is you who has been coming across as very unhappy. I'd gauge divegeester's mood a mixture of bafflement and exasperation, not unhappiness. Perhaps it is the personal problems you are having, and the health issues faced by members of your family, that explain your behaviour, but it does not appear appropriate for you ~ of all people ~ to be commenting on the happiness of someone you are subjecting to personal abuse in public.
You seem very unhappy dive dude.
Originally posted by galveston75Thank you so much for your kind expression of heartfelt and honest concern. The milk of human kindness, the spirit of the love of Christ that flows from your comments to me throughout this thread would be an honour to you if your leadership could see them. You truly are a credit to your religious order, your family and friends.
You seem very unhappy dive dude.

Originally posted by FMFHumm, nope I'm actually very happy with my life. I have a great wife, great kids and grandkids. A good job and to be a part of God's organization makes life great.

Yes my parents are not doing well and that is very sadening as it should be and one that all would agree with should be stressful and sad.
So nope all is well here.....
But from dive dudes constant daily, weekly and monthly comments not just to me but to most here at RHP, other then to yourself,it is not a happy thing to read indeed. I truly feel sorry for him and hope he can find happiness thru scripture and to no longer find the need to bring anyone down. Perhaps some day he can find an elightning scripture to share with us all and make or days brighter. That's all. 🙂
