Speak for yourself. I don't just have the 'faintest idea', I know, and I'm not pretending.
I guess it really gripes everyone's belly that I should say I know, especially by those that claim they don't know, and then insist on projecting their ignorance on someone else. ...[text shortened]... a creator, but offer no evidence to prove it isn't.
Well guess what? Somebody is delusional.[/b]

My question was to Joe, a question he has deliberately avoided answering. Happy to move on to a new topic when he has done so.
Joe's whole argument is based on the position that creation is evidence for the God he believes in, and yet has provided no 'exclusive link' for this claim. Or are you happy Kelly for me to conclude that the Hindu Gods of ...[text shortened]... ntly I am mentally deluded for not believing something that even Joe himself can't evidence. ๐

Any dodge has Joe's name stamped firmly on it.
Edit: And I do not believe the universe sprang from nothing.

You're right. The universe didn't 'sprang' from nothing. It was created from nothing. God created something from nothing. God spoke and it appeared. Boggles the minds of the faithless and unbelieving.
Are you going to perceive that as an insult again and use it to dodge the assertion of my belief?

There's absolutely no doubt in my mind. Everything in existence was created, and I know the one that created everything. I am as certain as you are uncertain.

What a stupid question to ask. You are well aware of why he felt you insulted him (you called atheists delusional and liars). And nobody has tried to dodge the assertion of your belief. We only point out that that is all it is, an assertion of belief. I is not, as you have falsely claimed multiple times, rational.

Seems one would need to define the terms to justify the belief that there is no God. That would be subjective justification. Objective observation of the universe would be a more justified means of determination.
The question of the origin of the universe is answered by its very existence. The knowledge of the existence of the universe is justification for determining that it exists because it was created.
To believe the universe exists without a cause is unjustified because such knowledge doesn't exist in human experience.
