Maybe, one day. Love believes all things and hopes all things.
Prayer.
None of us can do without someone praying for us.
God's mercy reaches far.

It is a mercy that we believe in the Lord Jesus.
Yes, it is.

I’m a great believer in the power of prayer but don’t pray nearly as much as I used to.

I do enjoy reading, transcribing, memorizing and reciting Scripture, though.

@PB1022

I’m also left wondering what rajk999 thinks/believes Jesus accomplished on the cross if Christians are living under the Mosaic law and expected to obey it to perfection. What then is the good news of the Gospel?

It is a strange kind of universalism. The NT does say that Jesus died for all.
As far as I have been able to tell he has some view that all were redeemed because Jesus died for all. And the redemption is not really a salvation.

Any speaking of assurance of salvation he takes as license to sin.

It is like "substitution" took place universally whether one receives or rejects Christ.
Eventually, it seems to make no difference because eternal life is on loan. To retain the loan there are the commandments of Jesus (essentially SOME of the "red letters" of mostly Matthew's sermon on the mount).

It is not a simple matter to correct. Obviously he has thought long and hard and is ready with passages slanted towards his presentation. I don't fault anyone for studying hard what they believe.

The strong reaction though betrays something else going on imo.

To this Rajk999 person Jesus died for all means a kind of universalism without the assurance of the gift of eternal life. I don't think for Rajk999 the Holy Spirit is God.

The commandments of Jesus seems not to be the anointing which teaches the believers to abide in Him. It is more like in addition to the ten commandments you have the 11th, 12th, 13th, . . . . N commandments of Jesus.

Those with experience realize that the anointing of the Lord's Holy Spirit to obey Him is so fine, so keen, and on such a molecular level, it is impossible to exhaustively describe all the commandments of the living Jesus that come to a lover of Jesus each day.

I don't know to what large percentage the foundation of Rajk999 whole belief system is predicated on a hatred for congregations of believers. I don't know to what extent this person has even ONE companion in pursuing God.

It is a monstrously individualistic disdain for two or three gathered into His name with His presence, it seems to me. I often wish I was wrong about that. Some people can be so suspicious of everyone that they can be built up with no one.

Explain these verses:

“For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.”

(Romans 6:14)

“Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.”

( ...[text shortened]... you say “keep the commandments” are you talking about keeping them to 100% perfection without fail?
The questions remain unanswered.
None of those passages ever say that nobody can keep the commandments.

In fact the opposite is stated

Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments of God. (1 Corinthians 7:19 KJV)

By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. (1 John 5:2-3 KJV)

So your church doctrine and church gospel is false, and youall are fake Christians.

Rajk999 believes the Apostle Paul messed up the message of Jesus.
And if you watch closely, I think he thinks the same thing of the Gospel of John.

I have yet to have any confidence that he actually believes in the resurrection of Jesus physically, and not Jehovah Witness (spirit creature) style.

The avoidance of personal testimony and personal witness is a cloak ...[text shortened]... wer of the risen Lord Jesus.

I have never heard him confess that personally Jesus is his Lord.
A false teacher you are and an outright liar as well. I made it abundantly clear in the thread "The Gospel Messages - Jesus, Paul and the Church " that Jesus Christ, and all the Apostles preached the exact same Gospel.

The Christian churches have messed up the gospel, and are preaching their own

Pointing out verses to Rajk999 is fruitless.

Try if you wish.
"A factious man, after a first and second admonition, refuse." (Titus 3:10)

Rajk999 has received hundreds of admonitions with much patience.
Only certain "red letters" of the synoptic gospels make up his version of the New
Testament. He only regards anything outside of th ...[text shortened]... nd, entrenched in his version of his constricted "red letter" version of his "another Jesus".
You are correct. Pointing out irrelevant verses to me is fruitless. You think Im one of your church zombies that believe whatever you say? You are really an arrogant and stupid man.

Your Christian gospel claims that nobody can keep the commandments. You insist that that is stated in the bible and when I ask for the references you jokers can produce none. I produced passages where the Apostles said to keep the commandments. Jesus said it dozens of times

You want me to listen to false teachers, and you expect me to respect admonishment from you dunces?

You still haven’t identified the commandments of Jesus or said if you think Christians are expected to keep them to perfection.

I’m aware of Jesus identifying the two greatest commandments as love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and love your neighbor as yourself.

And I’m aware of these verses from the Gospel of John:

“A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.”

(John 13:34-35)

Are these the commandments you’re speaking of?

Or how about love your enemies? Is that one of the commandments you’re speaking of?

Are you following these commandments when you insult and attack people in the forum and say they’re going to hell?

Is that how you demonstrate Jesus’ love? Is that how you obey his commandment to love one another?

I have no intention of educating you on what the commandments are. Go read it yourself. You are a liar and a fraud. Your constant claim from which you refuse to back down and retract is that the bible says nobody can keep the commandments, when in fact the Jesus and all the Apostles said the opposite. You are wrong. In not interested in discussing anything further with liars and false preachers like you.

Are you referring to keeping the commandments to perfection? That’s the issue.

My contention is no one can keep all of the commandments to perfection. Can they keep some of them? Sure.

Can they keep all of them most of the time? Sure.

Can they keep all of them all of the time? No.

If you think they can, why did Jesus die on the cross? If man is capable of keeping all of the commandments all of the time, you’re essentially saying man is sinless and that’s blasphemous because only Jesus Christ was sinless.

This is the same tone that he had for maybe ten years here.

So your church doctrine and church gospel is false, and youall are fake Christians.

So I think there is something else going on there.
We Christians have some uncanny yet not infallible sense of who is our fellow believer even though we may have disagreements.

Romans 15:7 says "Therefore receive one another, as Christ also received you to the glory of God."

The quickness with which Rajk999 is so sure that one who disagrees with Rajk999 has not been received by Christ is scarily arrogant. I wonder if he has any fear of the Lord.

You seem very angry.

What is at the root of that anger?

I don’t think you’re keeping Jesus’ commandment to love one another when you insult, lie about and condemn people, and you seem to do that quite often.

More stupid comments. Your doctrine is contrary to the Gospel Message of Jesus Christ. Thats the issue. It is not about agreeing me. You disagree with Jesus Christ. This is how I can tell with certainty that you cannot be received by Christ when you openly and completely condemn the teachings of Christ. You are just Satan parading as an angel of light, when the truth about you is that you are encouraging people to disobey the commandments of Christ. Jesus said that people that encourage others to go astray will be damned.

@PB1022

That is getting into what Rajk999 will dismiss as irrelevant personal stuff.
It is ALL a doctrinal matter. There is no witnessing as to how Christ has touched his life.

Its all an objective doctrinal issue. He would rather keep all things like that as no one's business to an extreme degree imo. Only passages, scriptures, especially selected "red letters" will be written here in a fanatically myopic way.

Liars and frauds like you make me angry. They made Jesus angry too. Paul as well. Are you surprised about that? Are you going to retract your false doctrines or are you just going to pretend that speaking lies about the teachings of the bible is ok?

There are many people, especially in the End Times, and I believe we’re in the End Times, who are determined to drive people away from Jesus Christ - to keep people from accepting Christ and to weaken Christians’ faith in Christ.

Whether he’s doing it intentionally or not, I can’t say, but rajk999’s hostility and obsession with legalism is driving people away from Christ.

He won’t identify Jesus Christ’s commandments because those commandments are rooted in love, and rajk999 is demonstrating the exact opposite in this forum - judgment, condemnation and hate. It’s hard for me to think that’s an accident.
