My argument is sound, you have failed to rebut it. Telling me it's 'pedantry' and then repeating your claim again doesn't really address my point.

Anyhow, the writer of 2 John is clearly rebuking those 1st century Christians who professed doetic Christologies, ie, those who claimed that Jesus was pure spirit and not manifested in the flesh. It has nothing to do with JW's who decide to leave your organisation.
