Is Jesus real now?

was ever.
If what you mean by this is that I am no longer a Christian who believes that Jesus is real, then I freely admit this. This is what I have been saying all along. I am no longer a Christian.

My goodness, I have lost count of how many times I have told you that I am no longer a Christian. I do not subscribe to the claims Christians make about Jesus. I have been telling you this page after page. Have you not understood?

A simple question, yes or no would do!

I am not claiming we were identical as Christians. Nor am I claiming that we are identical humans. But, like you, I was a Christian who believed Jesus was "real" and who had a "relationship" with Him. Nothing you say can alter the facts in my spiritual and Christian life in the past.

If you deny Jesus is real now, exactly how can you claim you had a
relationship with someone who isn't real? I again am not saying you did
not once believe, I am saying that you rejected that belief therefore what
you claimed you had was not true, because you said so.

I believed "Jesus is real" for about 28 years of my adult life. No amount of beating your chest about the strength of your own faith ~ which I have come to the conclusion is what you're really one about here ~ can alter that fact. As for me no longer subscribing to the tenets of Christian faith, I have been open, clear, honest and forthright ever since this discussion started. I am no longer a Christian. I believe, without a doubt, that you think "Jesus is real". But then, you are still a Christian.

He was real to me. That was how I had a relationship with Him.

He was real, now He is not, according to you.

My beliefs have changed. I have been saying this all along. The fact that they were X and are now Y has no bearing on the reality that I believed X before I changed to Y. Nothing you can say can erase X from the history of my spiritual life.

You can claim you believed in X! I have always agreed with you.
You now claiming you reject X so you can believe in Y, then what you had
when you believe in X was false and worthy of rejection.

I am not a Christian any more, Kelly. You seem to be somehow pretending not to understand what this means and keep asking the same questions over and over and over again. Jesus is "real" to Christians. Jesus was "real" to me when I was Christian.

I agree with you! YOU BELIEVED IN JESUS IN YOUR PAST, but you rejected
that belief making the claim it wasn't real! You did that! It was real to you,
but no longer, now you have something else for whatever reasons you
have.

I did believe in Jesus, yes. I have been saying this since the OP. But my beliefs have changed.I have been making no secret of these things. When I was a Christian, I did not think the things I believed were "false and worthy of rejection". You are a Christian, right? So, do think the things you believe are "false and worthy of rejection"? No. Of course not. Well neither did I when I was a Christian.
