<The arrogant Pharisee is more like the arrogant Christians of today.>
I would say your recent posts reveal a great deal of arrogance on your part (not to mention hate.)
<Both profess their faith in God.>
Yes. Christians tend to do that. Presumably you do as well.
<Both believe that they are superior to others.>
Are you speaking of yourself here? You are the one who has been condemning fellow Christians and saying they are going to hell because they do not subscribe to your (incorrect) works-based salvation.
<Both place very little emphasis on good works and living righteously.>
False. Christians who know salvation is by grace through faith and not works do not think works are unimportant; we just recognize them as a manifestation of one’s salvation, not the cause of it.
<Both are mouth worshipping hypocrites.>
Wrong again. Christians who know salvation is by grace through faith (and not of works lest any man should boast) rely upon God’s Holy Spirit to guide them and they recognize the power of God’s Holy Spirit in accomplishing good works through them.
<Both hate nonChristians and expect them to burn in hell>
Wrong. No Christian I know hates non-Christians and many have questions about hell, though they trust in the wisdom and holiness of God for that which they do not understand.
You are the one who seems full of hate - only your hate appears to be for your fellow Christians.

You are a dummy. Anyone with an ounce of braincells can see that Im a Christian and that I believe in God and I believe that Jesus is the Son of God.
Im just not a deluded Church Christian like your type.

Something is sadly wrong with you Christians who are deluded by your nonsensical doctrines.

No. In the first two cases it was indignation (justifiable anger.) In the third, it was simply stating a fact (not sure where you got the idea it could be misconstrued as hate.)
<Something is sadly wrong with you Christians who are deluded by your nonsensical doctrines.>
This is just hate and thinking you’re superior to your fellow Christians. It’s why I asked you to read the parable of the tax collector and Pharisee who went to a mountain to pray. Your unwarranted pride and puffed-up chest stem from your belief that good works get you to heaven. Oddly enough, you are exhibiting precisely why good works are not needed for salvation or to have a right standing with God - “lest any man should boast” and because God wants “no flesh to glory in His presence.”

Some are Christians, some are Muslims, some Hindu and some atheists.
All good decent people who will pick up Christ off the street, clothe him and feed him.
I also meet the ones who wont do that because they are saved already and have eternal life. It their life .. Christ will judge all people.

How do you reconcile being a good Christian when you prolong a deliberate deception? And is attention on an internet forum really worth compromising your Christian values.

Lol, no, it's fine. I don't mind being "recognized." I just want a handle, not a name.

So how do you deal with Jesus Himself speaking about hell?
Do you just reject aspects of the Bible and cherry pick what to follow?

I'm excited that you'd think of a nickname for me.
Maybe I'll use it.

Could you please elaborate on the bigotry of the people and the way that we now have to engage the Bible.
By the standards of the current year, there wouldn't be a single passage that is now not needing to be totally decoded in a very creative way and it could he said that the Bible of God was then misinterpreted actively for the last thousands years. Why would God reveal his word in such a way?
