AOC added in a couple more tweets:
"Their decision lacks any scientific basis. It's rooted solely in the systemic racism that's long driven anti-marijuana laws."
And:
"Even the medical director of @wada_ama, whose U.S. arm issued the suspension, has said there is no evidence that marijuana is performance enhancing."
So what she is saying is that marijuana laws were passed because of racist attitudes (TRUE) and are now enforced in a racist manner (TRUE) and that organizations who base their rules on such laws are engaging in a form of "systemic racism".

But I think the IOC needs to justify the inclusion of marijuana if you cannot be banned for having traces of alcohol or tobacco in your blood. I’m not talking about athletes turning up at events drunk or actually stoned, that would be a health and safety issue.
