Crack, perhaps. But dope? As you said before, usage of dope is roughly equal amongst blacks and whites. If blacks are arrested more it's no doubt because blacks are more likely to be searched for drugs due a variety of reasons, some of which may have racist overtones and some of which have nothing to do with race.
While I completely agree that dope should be legal and this Ol ...[text shortened]... o. Race really has nothing to do with it; and bringing race into is pointless and counterproductive.
AOC is always willing to educate those with a lack of knowledge and you and the others should thank her for bringing information to your attention that you and they were seemingly unaware of.

2) That the rule has its roots in the criminal laws against Marijuana?
