@no1marauder saidWhat stops someone from being more than one person making the rounds, and signing in as themselves with each new ID? If all this required is a signature?
A lie. New York requires you to sign a ledger (well it's on a computer screen now) and that signature has to match yours on file.
That's showing proof of ID even if right wing clowns like yourself say differently.

@spruce112358 saidWell how many times do you vote in an election? Once every four years; not really a hardship is it.
Think about how many times per day you present your ID to do something. 🙂
Of course, England may be different.
Unlike many on the right of politics I’m all for ID cards period. Especially here in the UK where dangerous people having too much anonymity is a massive issue for us.

@spruce112358 saidOne of the many reasons why I think illegals were invited into the country is that they don't have an American paper trail, you can make up an id as you go. You are accusing me of voter fraud is something in print is actionable, I'd advise you to stop playing the a$$ and stick to the topic instead of personal slights. It wasn't amusing to me.
What name and address did you give the second time you tried to vote? 🙂

@KellyJay saidWhat stops someone from getting multiple fake photo IDs?

You have to give your name, they look it up in the ledger and then you sign. What are you going to do - walk up to the same table five minutes later and give a different one?

@no1marauder saidThink about, would you stay in one place if the only thing they had was a ledger, you could go to several places, each one requiring you signing in as whoever you wanted to be at that voting office.

@no1marauder saidIt is harder to get a fake ID than just signing in.

@no1marauder saidWell, hell, we need to clamp down on fake ID and signatures, you disagree.
It's actually not hard at all to get a fake ID.
It is kinda hard to get on the voting rolls with multiple names and addresses.

@no1marauder saidWhy would it be hard to get on the voter rolls in various rolls, if you can get into one fraudulently you can get to any and all you want.

@divegeester saidno shoot.
It’s astonishing that the US hasn’t federally mandated voter ID; what’s stopping someone turning up twice?
why do you think dems keep winning those states. they cheat and they know it

why did you stop at New York?
to prove it a lie, you have to show it is false for ALL states that do not require voter ID.,
