No1marauder publishes his opinions in a "private" forum at the site (this should never have been allowed to happen). His accusations and evidence that were presented to the OFFICAL Game Mods should have been logged, analysed and acted on and before point of execution the accused should have been allowed a chance to defe ...[text shortened]... should names be published of those banned.
That's not "my way" it’s the fair and just way.

Without having read all 16 pages (so apologies If I repeat myself here) ...
But should people like Afro not be allowed to defend himself. I do not know how many games have been analysed and to what degree, but given the fact that he is a FIDE official makes me kinda wonder ...
Just my thoughts on this - other then that,well done RHP for finally acting, hope to see many more top 20 player's being banned (I'm sure that David Tebb is easily the best HUMAN player here and soon back to his Number 1 spot)

At last ... and I believe that the decision has not been taken lightly ... the Gam Mods have reached a decision concerning the possible cheating of a number of members of this site. Not one single time has there been a statement by the site's admins that "proof" of their investigation would be made public ... not once have you directly stated that it would be mandatory for you to back the game mods up for the full 100%.
And now you are doubting their decisions ... now you have found yet another reason to bicker on about this issue and demand a "fair trial" on a online chess site for crying out loud.
Grow up Exy ... because you start to sound like a child spoiled rotten whose candy has been taken away.

If the Site's Policy on Cheating worked then small fry like No1 wouldn't be allowed to happen. If he wants to report his analysis to the Game Mods then fair play to him.
The bottom line is that the process needs to be clear cut - how do you report - on what basis - what will the Game Mods do - on what evidence shall they act - when someone is banned will the community know why - what evidence, albeit layman's shall be reported back?!
None of this is working. Ironman31 has been scalped cos he's top dog, only cos No1 has created a stink. This is way out of order and the fact that the guy finds out cos he can't log on - no one has taken the trouble to read him his rights and tell him why. It's beyond shocking, it's embarrassing.
