I agree with you that those who are accused should get a chance to defend themselves, but I don't see where being the top player comes into this. People shouldn't be treated differently because of their rank (it would actually be quite ironic to treat people better because of their rank when this rank was achieved by cheating).

The choice not presenting the evidence is the admins choice, not yours and not mine. Would I like to see it? Of course I do ... but I am on this site by my own choice. If I don't like its policy I will ask a refund and leave. This is a business not a "real life democracy". You will have to learn to live with that.
