For the record, I have trained in the Air Training Corps , had an interest in joining the RAF at an early age but decided on a different career path.
Air Training Corps? You were a 13 year old cadet in school. Wow.

It is anyone's choice, and it is unreasonable for you to say that anyone who doesn't is a dummy. People who still enjoy life with their "crummy jobs".

You don't know anything, Lau. Until you've carried a loaded gun and defended your government from having it's interests taken away, you can't talk about the army. Face it, we won't ever be real men unless we hand over our personal freedom in the name of freedom, or perhaps just the chance to shoot at something.

You missed my point. I chose to have a different career path, and you are now implying that I am not worth much because I didn't progress further in the military, along with many other people who are successful in life.

You were never in the military, you were a wannabe schoolboy running around in a fake uniform.
