Maybe you take pride in being a kind of "plain spoken" man of few words. Perhaps that is your culture. Maybe you fancy yourself as keeping things simple.

I like a man of few words too, sometimes. But some of these things require more than a scant plain spoken Gary Cooper like few.

If you're not willing to get into some of the depths of these matters, I won't waste any more time with you.

Keep your simple few, if you don't want to carefully get into the matter. If the matter were that simple then maybe the book of Romans would just have had two to four chapters instead of the sixteen that Paul wrote as a basic outlay of the Christian faith.

If you can't say what you need to say in few words you do not understand the subject.

Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, 13 for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose

We workout what God is doing in heart. According to man's wisdom this is foolishness.

All Christians are NOT ELECT
Isn't your entire schtick that you will be judged by your deeds, and thus atheists have equal shots at heaven?

But, suddenly, the centrality of your message of being judged based on deeds falls out, and the elect will not be judged?

You are kind of slow. Not to worry. You will get it in a few years.

Ask me to explain it in a nice way and I will.

Yes. As I wrote earlier:
<<If you are thinking of Luke 13 and the parable of the fig tree, that only speaks to allowing some time for a tree to become "good". But unless and until that tree does become "good", Jesus will say, ...[text shortened]... , shouldn't what Jesus is teaching in Matthew 7:13-23 and Luke 13:23-28 supersede those beliefs?[/b]
Who did Christ come to save, those with just good fruits?

Nonsense. OSAS basically are telling people not to bother to do good works and not to follow the commandments of Christ.

That pal, is a very dangerous position to take. You are contrary to Christ.
You quote Christ when it suits your purpose like what you are doing now.
Do you just make this stuff up, please produce someone here who has said, not to bother
to do good works and not follow the commandments of Christ!

I dont need to produce any such evidence.

If you tell a man that he is saved eternally by professions of faith.
That not even God can remove his name from the book of life
Then that is the equivalent of saying to the man not to worry with good works
and following the commandments.

Jesus never said anyone is saved eternally
Except for the sheep of Christ who hear his voice and follow him
Jesus told people to do good works and follow the commandments
Otherwise there is no eternal life.

Dont ask again. I wont be answering

In he end, yes.

During life we have time to change either good or bad.

Will those who produce bad fruits enter the Kingdom of God. The answer is NO.
Jesus came so that all can have eternal life.
Many / All [by some accounts in the Bible] are saved from their sins
Not all the saved will enter the Kingdom of God.

Jesus came to save the world, not condemn it.

Most likely, all are saved.

All are saved BUT not all will enter the Kingdom of God.

Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. (Revelation 22:14-15 KJV)

Only if Jesus lied.

Rajk!

I think you just did a bad deed -- you showed anger and offered up insults to a fellow Christian.

What does this mean for your salvation?

Or, as per the question, are you not subject to the judgment because you are the elect?
