'Cardio' is any activity which uses the cardiovascular system, or anything which raises your heart rate. Surely you can be a little more imaginative than going to the gym and mimicking a gerbil for an hour?

He did not state that it was explicitly stated in scripture and your argument therefore is pure straw, drool at its most slobbery. Too bad for you, another EPIC FAIL.

Then put in miles. And *every* day. Build your endurance and the rest comes easy.

Can you ever argue like an adult, instead of a ten-year-old?

Sorry i didn't know logic was dependent upon being an adult, how Fischer and Anand ever became Grandmasters at 14 remains a mystery to you then.

1 Corinthians 13:11 -- "When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things."

Do let us know when you become a man, then.

Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed.
Genesis 2:8

I'm inviting speculation or theology.

What did the soil in the garden consist of?
Soil
noun
1 : firm land : earth
2 a : the upper layer of earth that may be dug or plowed and in which plants grow
b : the superficial unconsolidated and usually weathered part of the mantle of a planet and especially of the earth
3 : country, land <our native soil>
4 : the agricultural life or calling
5 : a medium in which something takes hold and develops

I would imagine the soil was free of foreign contaminants or disease.

I posted that on page 37 geester. Got nothing in reply.

You spake? Let us know when you can stop living in the past and use proper English!
